(SIX SEMESTER) MASTERS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA) AND ALLIED 
COURSES (PART TIME) AND 3 YEAR (SIX SEMESTER) MASTERS OF COMPUTER 
APPLICATION (MCA) COURSE (FULL TIME) IN A.I.C.T.E. APPROVED 
INSTITUTIONS IN GOVERNMENT, INSTITUTION DECLARED AUTONOMOUS BY 
THE STATE GOVERNMENT, GOVERNMENT AIDED INSTITUTIONS, SELFFINANCING AUTONOMOUS AND UNAIDED PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS IN

1. AVAILABILITY OF SEATS:
Number of seats available in various Management institutions (Full 
Time and Part Time) & MCA institutions in Madhya Pradesh are 
indicated in the Tables 1, 2 and 3 are tentative. Updated status of 
Seats, Distribution of Seats (MP Domiciled Candidate Seats, All India 
Seats, General Pool seats, NRI Seats and Female Seats etc.) shall be 
available on the website of the Competent Authority authorized by 
the State Government for conducting counselling.  
2.   Reservation of seats:
16%, 20% and 14% of the seats available for MP domicile 
candidates seats / General Pool seats are reserved for candidates 
belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other 
Backward Classes (excluding Creamy Layer) of Madhya Pradesh 
respectively in Government institutions, institutions declared 
autonomous by the State government, Government Aided 
Institutions, Self financing autonomous and Unaided Private 
institutions.    
(A)     Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) Category of 
Madhya  Pradesh:
A candidate claiming to be either of SC or ST category of MP 
shall have to produce a certificate at the time of verification 
of documents from the competent authority in Proforma - 
2(A)  or  2(B)  as  given  in  this  rule  book.(Vide  MP  Government 
GAD order No. F.7-2/96 vk-iz-@1] Hkksiky] fnukad 01-08-1996 
(B)  OBC category of Madhya Pradesh 
A candidate claiming reservation under OBC (excluding 
creamy layer) category shall have to produce a certificate at 
the time of verification of documents issued by the 
competent authority in Proforma 3(A) or 3(B) as given in the 
rule book.( Vide MP Government GAD order No. F/7-2/96 vk-iz-
@1] Hkksiky] fnukad 12.03.1997 and order no. ,F-7-2/96 vk-iz-@1] Hkksiky] 
fnukad 06-07-2000 and as per latest order issued by the Govt. of 
M.P. regarding creamy layer. The candidate should also bring 
an income certificate at the time of verification of 
documents regarding his/her family’s income from the 
Competent Authority and stating that his/her parents do not 
come under creamy layer if OBC certificate is issued before 
30th
 April, 2010. 
NOTE:
(a) A candidate can claim reservation under only one of 
the various reserved categories. 
(b) A candidate, claiming reservation under a reserved 
category or other reserved seats shall have to produce 
relevant certificate/ certificates in proforma prescribed 
by the Government of MP at the time of 
counselling/admission. 
(C)      Reservation for Female candidates: 
30% seats in each category viz. UR, SC, ST and OBC shall be 
reserved for female candidates in Government institutions, 
institutions declared autonomous by the State government, 
Government Aided Institutions, Self financing autonomous.    
This reservation shall be a  compartmentalized horizontal 
reservation. 
Seats remaining vacant in female quota of a category shall 
be filled by converting such seats into Open Quota (OP) of 
the same category.  
However if even after this conversion the Open Quota (OP) of 
that category does not get filled then these vacancies shall 
be filled by converting them into Open Quota (OP) of other 
categories as per the procedure laid down in Rule. 
(D) Reservation for Persons with disabilities (Physically  
Handicapped Seats): 
3% seats in each category viz. - UR, SC, ST and OBC shall be 
reserved for candidates with  disability percentage of 40 or 
above and satisfying MP  domicile requirements in 
Government institutions, institutions declared autonomous by 
the State government, Government Aided Institutions, Self 
financing autonomous. This reservation shall be 
compartmentalized horizontal reservation. 
Seats remaining vacant in this category shall be filled by 
converting such seats into Open Seats of the NIL (X) category. 
However, if even this conversion the Open Seats (OP) of that 
category does not get filled  then these vacancies shall be 
filled by converting  them in to Open Seats (OP) of other 
categories as per the procedure. Candidates claiming 
admission against these seats (Physically Handicapped Seats) 
shall be required to produce following certificates at the time 
of verification of documents:- 
(i) Disability Certificate from the concerned District 
Medical Board; 
AND 
(ii) Eligibility Certificate for the course from the 
Superintendent, Government of India, Ministry of 
Labour, Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Physically 
Handicapped, Napier Town, Jabalpur.    
(E)   J&K Migrant's Seats:
One seat, on over and above basis, in each of the Institution 
is reserved for J&K migrants. The admission shall be given on 
the basis of merit as decided by the MET-2012/Pre MCA 2012 
test conducted by Vyapam, Bhopal.  The candidate shall 
have to produce a certificate as given in proforma-9 duly 
signed by competent authority at the time of verification of 
documents. 
Sons/daughters of the employees of MP Government who 
have served in the State of Jammu & Kashmir for curbing 
insurgency are also covered under the J&K migrant. Such 
candidates should have passed their qualifying examination 
from the State of J&K. Candidates shall have to produce a 
certificate in proforma-10 of this rule book at the time of 
verification of documents. 
(F) J&K Resident's Seats:- 
One seat each in  all institutions has been reserved for 
residents of Jammu & Kashmir. The candidates seeking 
admission against these reserved seats shall be required to 
appear in MET-2012/Pre MCA 2012 test conducted by 
Vyapam, Bhopal and submit appropriate certificate issued by 
the competent Authority at the time of verification of 
documents. These seats shall be considered under All India 
Seats.  
(G)   NRI Seats:
Admission against these seats will be carried out as per the 
regulation published in MP Government Gazette dated 15th
July, 2009 for admission against NRI seats "reservation to NonResident Indian Regulation 2009 (and amendments).

Tata Memorial Centre invites applications from Postgraduate medical doctors for Certified Training in Oncology of six- months duration in 14 disciplines listed below.  The training programs are meant for beginner doctors who have no prior experience in Oncology OR Mid-career program for doctors and scientists who have taken the initiative to acquire new technical knowledge and hands-on experience with current best practices in oncology.  The training program is a residential one.  The training will be held in two batches during the year starting from 01st March 2012  to 31st  August 2012 and 1st September 2012 to 28th February 2013.

  1. Applicants should possess a MCI recognized post-graduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB) in the concerned specialty.
  1. Applicants should be below 40 years of age for General candidates and below 45 years of age for Sponsored candidates as on 07.02.2012.
  1. Maximum of 20 candidates will be selected in each batch.  The number of training positions in various subjects may vary depending on their availabilities.
  1. Persons working in the Govt./Semi Govt. Organizations or Autonomous bodies must send their applications through their institutional head.
  1. Doctors working in hospitals affiliated to the national cancer control program or working in district hospitals are encouraged to apply.
  1. Foreign Nationals please note.  All foreign nationals are required to get a suitable Visa/Entry permit from Indian Embassy in their country and should register with the Medical Council of India, New Delhi before they are accepted into a training program.  Candidates with Foreign Medical Degrees are advised to process their application well in advance.  TMC can issue supporting documents to selected candidates.
  1. Trainees who are not residents of Mumbai will be provided subsidized sharing accommodation at our resident hostels located at Anushakti Nagar OR Payalipada.  They will have to pay Rs.750/- per head / per month, Rs.250/- towards transportation charges and Rs.1800/- p.m. towards diet charges, for which a sum of Rs. 4,000/- to be paid as diet deposit at the time of joining. All accommodations are on first come basis and subject to availability.
The eligible candidates should make their application alongwith non refundable application fee of Rs.250/- (Rs.150/- for SC/ST candidates), by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Tata Memorial Centre, payable at Mumbai, to reach on or before 07.02.2012to H.R.D. Department, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai – 400 012.   No other mode of payment will be accepted.  Female candidates are exempted from paying of application fee.
HOW TO APPLY:               Eligible applicants would be required to apply ONLINEthrough the link on our website viz. tmc.gov.in OR tmh.gov.in/applicationform and forward a printout of online application along with Xerox copies of certificate.   No other mode of application will be accepted.
For applying Online, the applicant must possess valid email ID and a facility to take printout of the Acknowledgement Receipt.
All correspondence with the applicant will be done through email only.  Information regarding offer letters etc. will be provided through email.  Responsibility of receiving, downloading and printing of related documents will be of the candidate.  Tata Memorial Centre will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate or delivery of emails to spam/bulk mail folder etc.   
The application can only be submitted after entering the Registration Slip No.  The candidate must submit a recent passport size photograph, attested copies of all certificates regarding Date of Birth, Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificates, Caste Certificate, Physically Handicapped Certificate etc. along with the copy of online application form.  Only committed applications will be accepted.  The candidate will be responsible if the application is not committed online and submitted to H.R.D. Department.
During the period of training, the Trainee shall not apply for any post or any other courses/ P.G. studies / Scholarship or appear for any examination or interview outside
Late & incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.  No correspondence of any kind will be entertained.   Last date for receiving applications may be relaxed by two weeks in respect of candidates working or training abroad provided they send a PDF version of the complete application with all relevant attachments before the last date.  
Tata Memorial Hospital also reserves the right to reject any of the application without assigning any reason thereof.  Candidates selected will be informed by 22.02.2012.
