NIMS,Hyderabad / constructing a Block exclusively for Research purposes/Dec.,2011

 The Institute�s focus on research has been strengthened over the years and more than  412 research projects have been completed by various faculty members with the approval of Ethical Committee.  In addition about 3000 Research papers  were published in national and international journals  since 1989. 

    For achieving the above results, NIMS  has a fully equipped central research lab and   animal research lab.  In addition the Institute is recognized by the Department of Science and Technology, Indian council for Medical Research, National Board and  Royal College of Radiologists, UK. 

    The need is felt to have a Research Block with all amenities for carrying out the research work in a concentrated way.   Hence it is proposed to construct a Block exclusively for Research purposes.
